At 207 client "x", the regular, shows up and says he got stuck in traffic, which is likely true on a Saturday 3 weeks from Christmas near a Costco. Tough choice for provider "a": give walk in client "y" to another provider and go with "x" even though he's late because he had an appointment and this is already your third visit with him this month? Or stay with "y" on a sort of rigid policy stance. Honestly, I think most girls are going to do what Kim did and go with the guy with an appointment. But there's no doubt it feels like an icepack on the nards for you.
