Tried this place last week, has all the signs of being worth a visit. Closes at 10 pm, blocked off windows, ect. Greeted by a 50 ish yr old lady who showed me to a room. Standard 80/ hr. Finally pulled the trigger on visiting Saigon yesterday for the first time. Called ahead as I was dipping out of work to make an appointment with Tiffany for 3:45.
