Her hour rate of 350 means a Value Rating of 26 (7.3 / 350 * 1.25 = .026). The average kgirl is 10 Points. For comparison, Nali is A Looks S+ Service, which is 9.3 Score and 32 Value. Kiko is 8.7 Score and 29 Value. It shouldn't be a surprise that bb special girls who are decent looking are going to score high. They are not common. To me, the average kgirl is bordering C-Tier and D-Tier. Most of the times I blind toftt "for adventure", I end up with one.

Premium Hunters
True premium girls (500+ hr rate) are mainly for rich guys, who don't care much about the Value Rating. They generally only care about the Looks Rating, targeting S-Tier or high A-Tier girls. To me, Premium girls tend to have a combined Total Score of 7.0 to 10.0 as long as they have good attitude and cooperate. Their Value Rating is going to range 14 to 20 since they are expensive. The "premium lite" girls at 380 to 420 hr have an easier time passing 20 points. Peach and Lizza score 21 Value since they both have good looks and service and "only" cost 20% to 25% more.

Lucky if a girl just happens to be your type. I rated FA Isabella at SS Looks and S+ Service for 11.3 Score. It's probably a case where she is "my type". I imagine someone else considers her only S or A looks and S or A service. So, find your type. It is like having a premium girl without paying premium pricing! FA Isabella's main drawback is she is GFE only, so I apply a x.70 multiplier to her Score making her equivalent to 7.9 Points. But amazingly, she is also 240 hh 320 hr, which kesp her Value Rating very high at 24 even with the handicap. So I just repeat her over and over.

Luxury girls like Baby Sugar, Angel, Daisy score very high in looks. I think the main risk is every guy has a different take on service. No doubt, if you vibe well with one of them you are going to want to repeat them. You'll consider them decent value even with the premium. But it is really hard to predict. Sometimes second visit vibe is way better, just how it is.

Aim Broad or Aim Narrow
The final strategy is one I've posted before, which is to Aim Broad or Aim Narrow. When someone rates a girl B-Tier, you might consider her A-Tier or C-Tier. That's normal, and you could even say you agree with them and find their intel helpful. You are still ruling out the mid and dud kgirls. That variance is the basis for the two strats:

Aiming Broad - you can aim broad which is to say you want A-Tier so you'll consider all B-Tier candidates because some of them could be A-Tier. This is the "passionate adventurer" route where you try every possibility so you don't miss a single girl, and you are enjoying the variety even if she is just B-Tier. Aiming Narrow - you truly want to focus on the best girls and need her to be A-Tier minimum at any cost. So what you do is you only consider S-Tier candidates, basically the top girls from other HYA Hunters. Many times, the S-Tier turns out A-Tier but that is okay. This is how I hunt top tier jgirl HYA in LA, since OC has so many HYA options already. I'm not going to drive to LA hoping for a B-Tier jgirl. I already have better kgirls in OC who take priority.

Well, your criteria can be summed up as "I'm tired of seeing the same HYA in town over and over, and I need a one now". So step 1 see Baby Sugar since it's been so long. Step 2, if you still need another new girl see Rosie K. There are pros and cons, but you will forgive them because she is new to you and young. You will have to bring your service. Same idea as Baby Rei J who has pros and cons but is young. It is a "good enough" scenario, same as Zia. A good enough girl is worth seeing the first time, they basically get a 25% to 50% scoring bonus for novelty. It's in our DNA.

Your only other options are to repeat step 1 twice, drive to OC, or close your eyes and open them in 1-2 weeks. Even Love Q may be back in a matter of weeks, but plans change.

LA and OC
As you've often pointed out, not enough young girls give LA a try. I predict more will in the future, because OC is flooded with too many of them. So now a new girl has an inherent advantage for starting out in LA if she has the right basic qualities. It is true that more often, girls are defaulting to OC first then LA later these days. But there is too much competition in OC as a result.

Clearing the Minefield
What makes this very complex is that the list of "well-priced" girls is completely different for every guy. But, there are clear patterns and some girls are obviously well-priced while a few are universal duds. Only intel will clear the minefields, and part of that includes honest feedback to bookers. They will not keep a girl if she has a consistent pattern of poor performance. The complex problem of Minefield Clearing is summed up here:

A HYA Hunter is probably not going to have a very different "25% list" than me. A Service Hunter will have another 25% list. Allowing another 25% who fill some niche (girls with ridiculous ass, tits, or some other specialty), there remains a 25% of kgirls who can't justify their price and are below 10 points for every type of guy. True duds.

All I can do help make the 25% HYA Hunter list..It should be obvious enough I'm not going to see MILF Service queens, but at the same time I can actually recommend them to others. Girls I can't recommend to anyone are True Duds, the Dark Minefield for everyone.

Since I am using intel to rush for HYA, I don't even know who the true duds are. I just hear about them second hand from other people (I believe them, but I can't personally verify it). But if I make navigation maps of HYA and service hunters make navigation maps for service queens, we can overlay our maps and simply sail those routes.

MILFs versus HYA
For those starting out, this is the HYA thread. Most beginners need the Korean Agency BB thread. HYA do not have enough service, you'll probably be disappointed in some way. It is summed up by this rule:

Fourth Law of Kgirls - Looks or Service. By default, beginner guys should meet expert girls. Expert guys can meet beginner girls. In other words, beginners should see MILF service queens and experts can choose to see HYA.
