I texted her, she responds with a long copy and paste with tempting rates and location right off the bat. Something is off about "her", I would avoid. I didn't dig too deeply, but at least one of the photos has appeared in other listings elsewhere (the one of the ass with the scratches).

I wanted to share a cautionary note regarding this one. I considered visiting but ultimately turned around due to OPSEC concerns after arriving.

The house she is working out of is in a very high visibility residential area where any unfamiliar traffic immediately stands out.
