Yes, the girls change out pretty frequently. Basically there's no point looking at the girls now as likely none of them will be here come January and you'll have all new lineups. Best to wait a day or two before your trip to see who's available.

There's really 3 main agencies, but only 2 are allowed to be discussed here. I've personally visited all 3 and they are all similar in service levels and quality of girls. There is one we're not allowed to talk about, but it's not because of service. They all / 90% use fake or touched up pictures. Girls provide the pictures to the agency. I don't have any info on your specific example, but I'll give insight on other examples in the past. The most common reason for dual ads is #1: 1) One shop is slow or delayed to remove the ad. Usually, the old ad gets removed in a matter of time. Very rarely, it's #2 or #3: 2) It's a different girl and one girl is stealing the name and ad 3) Amazingly, the girl actually works both at the same time.
