See my review on her. In short, she is above average in the looks department. If you search under the Lowell -- Craigslist forum, she was the most recent review, but also a bunch of others. Generally looks good but not worth it / rules.

Yes that is correct. Yeah, cash is traceable, it's a relative pain to log the serial numbers of small used bills for that purpose and show chain of custody or whatever the term they use for it (that it originated from uncle LEO first) as opposed to a subpoena to check transactions on an account.
