Scarlett is just as beautiful as she looks in the picture. She is not BBW, more like plump as a normal woman in their late twenties / thirties look like. This is my biggest issue with them. If you agree on a time, they need to honor it. If not then they shouldn't be agreeing to specific times. They should tell you up front "first come first serve, appointment times are not guaranteed". If I showed up and they messaged me the room number and told me to go up and then I said "ok hang on give me 15 minutes please love", they would be pissed.
