This is my biggest issue with them. If you agree on a time, they need to honor it. If not then they shouldn't be agreeing to specific times. They should tell you up front "first come first serve, appointment times are not guaranteed". If I showed up and they messaged me the room number and told me to go up and then I said "ok hang on give me 15 minutes please love", they would be pissed. But apparently it's totally fine for them to do that to us. Terrible customer service.

She's been around off and on for a long time. I first met her like 30 years ago (back in the Boston Phoenix days), but it's been a few years since I last saw her. She's always been legit in my experience.

She has a younger sister too, who's even smaller and cuter (in her 40's, but can easily pass for 20's). Her sister is a total scammer though. There's been quite a bit of discussion on here about this group who mainly operate out of Woburn and Chelsea. I've seen Jenny, Marina, and Amy I think her name was. For the most part the reviews are very positive although I've had problems lately with booking, being made to wait once I arrived on site, unresponsiveness on the bookers part etc. Pics are generally accurate. I usually find them on listcrawler and use the number listed to book. There's no Beth that I'm aware of unless she's the booker. Plenty of upgrade options when you make contact. I saw her off of seeking maybe 3-4 years ago. The pics were accurate to what she looked like at that time, can't say anything about recent looks.
