You pay the rate for the massage up front which is normally something like 60 for a half hour or 80 for a full hour.

The lady will tell you to get undressed and lay on the table, they will come in and give you either a decent massage or a totally shit one.

Normally when you have 15 or so minutes left, they will have you flip and start to tease your cock or straight out ask what you want, you can give the blowjob motion, handjob motion or fucking motion and then they will say, "How much you pay?" or some variation. I normally will try to stay around $ for fucking, sometimes if she's cute I'll fluctuate a bit and go up forty, but anything more is ridiculous unless she's drop dead gorgeous.
