So how is this place as far as cleanliness, privacy, friendliness etc?

It's newer so right there it's cleaner than places that have been around for years, and they do a good job keeping it that way. There is parking behind the building and you can ask them to come through the back door. And everyone there has been very friendly and flirty. I recommend.
