Pros:

I rate Jenny K at 28 points Value Rating, with the average kgirl being 10. It is a linear scale with cost being baked in, meaning Jenny K priced at 280 is as good as the average kgirl priced at 100. She is 2.8x as good as the average kgirl when considering bb hr pricing. Mali is 32 points.

I will give calculation examples here. Jenny K is B looks and A+ service, for 7.3 Total Score at 350 hr bb. Mali is A looks (B face S body) and S+ service, for a 9.3 Total Score at 360 hr bb. When using hr rates, I multiply by 1.25x to account for the extra hh you gain versus just booking only hh. I use the extra hh for a break, chat, vibing, massage, slow shower, so it is nice but only worth 25% more to me. So the calculations are:
7.3 / 350 * 1.25 * 1000 = 26 Value Points, Jenny K
9.3 / 360 * 1.25 * 1000 = 32 Value Points, Mali

Total Score is simply Looks + Service, with S = 5, A = 4, B = 3, C = 2, D = 1. The average kgirl is Total Score 3.0 and represents about how much I would pay for that score (I would not see E-Tier for free and F-Tier owes me money). The highest rated girl is MH Cherry at 10.5 Total Score. Mali and Lizza are not far behind at 9.3 Total Score. Since Mali is 360 and Lizza was 500, the result is 32 Points for Mali and 23 Points for Lizza. Peach is 480 for hr bb, so 21 Points. Half of kgirls are 10 Points and below.

Someone recently got shipwrecked with a girl who was plain, not much skill or attitude. He left without getting much looks or service, didn't even want to pay bb upcharge as he normally does. It was not the worst, just not what he is looking for. So let's say D Looks D Service. That is a 2.0 Total Score at 340 hr GFE. Since it is GFE only, we multiply by .70 in order to make it equivalent to bb scale. The dud calculates as:
2.0 / 340 * 1.25 * .70 * 1000 = 5 Value Rating, for a kgirl borderline dud

She was soon gone, probably due to booker feedback. There were other duds where if you named them, their name would simply change. So..

Value Rating Scale
20+ points: priority repeat
15-19 points: periodic repeat (high but not top priority, or premium girls)
11-14 points: one and done but satisfied due to "new girl" bonus
8-10: average kgirl (D-C or C-D girl)
0-7: Shipwreck (dud)

On my scale, 5 kgirl borderline duds are worth 1 Jenny K. A true dud (E-E) is worthless (0 Points), an F-F girl is actually negative (she should pay me). Sometimes I'm in the mood to toftt and just see a new girl. So I'm more tolerant of 8-10 Point girls (borderline C / D). But when I'm not in that mood or the girl is 7 or below Points (D-Tier), it's a shipwreck. Many of the C / D girls I saw were bb-special, which kept them right around the 8-10 Point range. It's like when your coworkers pick a place to eat and you would never pick it yourself, but you're okay eating there because it meets the bare minimum. Bare minimum is 8 points. Below that is regret.

Of course, I'm not usually in this mood. Usually, I aim for 15 Points or higher (the top 25% of kgirls). And I manage to actually average that by using Intel or repeating ATFs. The top 25% of kgirls average 16 Points. The remaining 75% average 8 Points (half the Value of the top 25%!). This is exactly how I've always thought of it and why I won't aim any lower than B-Tier. There is an art to that, because an honest reviewer might say a girl is B-Tier HYA but she's C-Tier to me. He wasn't wrong and I can see her appeal, it's just up to taste. So people who must have B-Tier need to aim A-Tier, and so on.

The mid girls that were above average (the next 25% after the top 25%) are risky to recommend, even though I liked them a little for variety. I noticed that when I made multiple rosters describing them as mid, that people would see them anyways and be unhappy that they were mid. So I tried to make it much clearer that they were at the bottom of the list of girls I liked. They are only safe recs for a guy looking for a specific appeal (ex: tall meaty girl). Then they'll be happy.

5 Value Points is unusually bad, I wouldn't expect it often. But that is why I use the Patient Turtle strategy. It's harder than it sounds because it requires you to be immune to FOMO and willing to stop seeing girls until a better option shows up later.

Dead Silence Dilemma
10 Points is an average kgirl. When I blind toftt without intel, I average 8 points. I actually should average 10 points, but I do worse because when I toftt, I am excluding every HYA I already have intel on! This is known as the Dead Silence Dilemma. Once you know most of the HYA, your toftt success drops on "girls you don't know". Unknown girls are where all the rebrands are clustered too. It becomes a death spiral..

Guys who toftt a lot use the Rabbit strategy and rush in on day one, but when they run into duds they "take a nap". Whereas I use the patient Turtle strategy, I am in no rush to see new girls. I waited more than one year to see Mali with the attitude of "If she never rotates OC I'm okay with missing out". Lack of FOMO has saved me from shipwreck. But I feel sorry for the Rabbits who tell me about great girls, and try to give them hints every time I can.

This illustrates the point I've always made that while yes premium girls are expensive, it's the duds who have neither looks nor service that are overpriced. They outnumber premium girls, and giving feedback to the booker is one option. I truly do feel an S-Tier girl is worth about 5 D-Tier girls in value. Each guy will have his own ratio or "value curve" for this.
