Months ago when I did a poll, Jiyoung had the most votes. Girls like Maya and Colette were contenders too. Those were what some service hunters liked. Aim Broad or Aim Narrow
There is another dilemma, which is whether you aim broad or aim narrow. I'll describe both approaches, but most people need a compromise. First note that if someone rates a girl B-Tier, you might consider her A-Tier or C-Tier. That's normal, and you could even say you agree with them and find their intel helpful. They really narrowed it down for you.

Aiming Broad - you can aim broad which is to say you want A-Tier bj so you'll consider B-Tier bj candidates because some of them could be A-Tier. This is the "passionate adventure" route where you try every possibility so you don't miss a single girl, and you are enjoying the variety even if she is just B-Tier. You accept the C-Tier losses. This is exactly how I used to hunt HYA.

Aiming Narrow - you truly want to focus on the very best bj and need her to be A-Tier minimum at any cost. So what you do is you only consider S-Tier candidates, basically the top girl from other bj enthusiasts. Many times, the S-Tier turns out A-Tier but that is okay. This is how I hunt top tier jgirl HYA in LA, since OC has so many high tier HYA options.

When on a tight budget or traveling to another city, aim narrow. When looking for variety with frequent visits, aim broad.

Knowing these two extremes, you can find some compromise in-between. But I have tuned my approach to great success and satisfaction. For an LA guy considering OC, they would 'Aim Narrow' for OC and 'Aim Broad' within LA so to speak. For example, guys going OC to see Nali. There is one paradox that some bookers have loyal regulars and don't advertise or try to get new customers except by word of mouth. So I'll mention two of them:

They are very good at what they do, but it's not for everyone. They don't always take new customers, but there are benefits for using them. Same for certain bookers in OC. Many people want fast and easy, but the best things are done slowly over time like a patient turtle.

By pure luck an old ATF invited me to see her, and she was at a new agency. It was a good way to screen since she vouched for me. Since she is the one opening the door for me, the agency knew I was safe (no girl would vouch otherwise). It led to me seeing many other girls through the agency. Another girl did the same for me. Within OC, many agencies were friendly with each other so that also helped. I had used some of them a very long time, so it was not like they were losing me. They knew it was the only way I could see an exclusive, which is more common in OC.

In a roundabout way, exclusives keep costs down by cutting down the middlemen. Sometimes when business slows, they invite other bookers to help. It is a trade-off.

I wonder if this is an LA problem, it was easier in OC. OC has a lot more exclusives, so bookers know you have no choice if you want to see a particular girl. I have always returned the favor.

Sometimes, screening can get tougher for a lot of reasons. Whenever there are problems, or even when a booker has too many existing customers to handle. I would try again later.

This sometimes happens, or it could just be a delay. You could say a Wendy's is not going to help a McDonald's customer. It's why SSG asked for 3 references, because many won't reply back. However, some bookers by chance help each other out like a Taco Bell and KFC.

One option is to see who else KDC books, and if you have seen their girl in the past then show them your past booking. This is the most common way I've screened besides HX. KDC does have an HX account, but I don't know much they use it:

It is rare, but sometimes a booker will even lie to avoid helping their competitor. I can understand not replying, but actually lying is a bad idea because customers figure that out and tell each other. In contrast, when a booker helps me or a friend I never forget it. It is about good karma. All people want is to be treated honestly and fairly, and people have legit reasons for screening multiple bookers. If you want HYA, you need multiple bookers.

In that same vein, I made a list of bookers I knew who would rate people back on Humaniplex:



Since there are legit excuses for a booker not using HX, all I can do is name the ones that clearly do and are friendly. For example, I've had bookers tell me they just took over duties and don't know how to use HX (i.e. the previous person did). And so on. So I just list agencies which did support it.

The customer friendly agency fires girls too easily, the girl friendly agency ends up hurting the best and honest customers, the good screening bookers are missing out on some "hard to screen" customers, and the widest selection bookers can't always remember which of their girls are good. There is no one right way to do things, so each agency ends up learning from the other over time.
