I don't have any info on your specific example, but I'll give insight on other examples in the past. The most common reason for dual ads is #1: 1) One shop is slow or delayed to remove the ad. Usually, the old ad gets removed in a matter of time. Very rarely, it's #2 or #3: 2) It's a different girl and one girl is stealing the name and ad 3) Amazingly, the girl actually works both at the same time.

I am not counting the case where two girls with two different names happen to use the same fake ad, that happens all the time since it is simply a fake ad. Not all fake ads are equal, some fake ads are actually reasonably close to the girl and is actually better than a super PS'd ad "based on the girl" which is useless to me.

Some agencies only update their site once a day, some only twice a week. Others, they don't bother updating for months. Just how it is. About #3, it sounds amazing but is actually possible and I personally verified it with my own body. It's not as hard as it sounds as long as the girl is not busy.
