This news report says that the county has been "urged" to tighten laws. There was a public hearing today about it. Any new laws that might be proposed still have to go through the bureaucracy, and likely wouldn't go into effect for a while.

The 2 in that Ad have worked for the Empire / Presitge group in the past and my experience is they always have accurate photos.
