If you're willing to go south to JM in Georgetown, you can find a latina named Alison, who mamasan says is service oriented. Might be worth looking since most of WA is pretty dry on the latina side. I haven't been since they remodeled and latinas aren't generally my cup of tea so I can't really speak to that. From the times I have met the latinas there, they didn't really have very welcoming attitudes.
