That's the concern, and I did not send my real ID, but it doesn't make sense just from a logistics point of view to keep them. My guess is they just tick off a phone number as 'confirmed' and delete them. A lot of copies of IDs would be incriminating for them as well.

But again, there are zero guarantees and you're MUCH better off learning some photoshop skills.

That being said I did not send my real ID and never will. I took pics of my real I'd and shopped them just enough (diff but similar face, changed name and license number, etc). They aren't the NSA, you just need something that will (literally) fool a pimp.

I honestly don't even know why they bother, it's not proof of anything. A cop could easily send a real or fake ID.
