Jasmine Spa on the west side- Shore Terrace near 38th St. You'll have to Google for the exact address or use the search function. Quite a few reviews on this place in the past year. Obviously the MT could've rotated or this post could be a fairy tale- hence lack of further detail.

Location is 701 X Shore terrace next to Public Storage. I did a review back in Sept. Can't comment as to fairy tale but my AMT, Lisa, only offered L1 and held firm. Tip expectation was standard. Maybe other providers offer bigger menu. Just be advised. One thing I have learned is the full monty at the onset, is not free generally.
