An electronic search of the Streetwalker Reports thread and the Downtown thread didn't disclose any prior mentions of a provider named Ocean, so she might be a provider who's relatively new to downtown. To possibly increase the chances of someone responding and / or finding that provider, might want to add her general location within downtown, the general time period, her estimated age, and her presumed ethnicity.

1. Generally, over the years, more affordable prices (although prices have been rising and some downtown providers are now requesting ridiculous amounts). Often, for customers on a budget, more bang for the buck (more mongering value per dollar spent). Indeed, in my younger years, sometimes I would even enjoy two in one night if the urge was strong. Plus, in the event that a date with a low-cost provider doesn't go well, not that much kala has been lost.

2. Usually, more flexibility by providers about condom use.

3. Of course, many non-downtown providers are considered more attractive, but I'm often turned on by "slumming" with raunchy or trashy looking providers, and the sleazy seediness of it all.

4. Over the years, more ethnic variety. I've had wonderful experiences with black providers, white providers (including one from New Zealand and one from Sweden), local providers, Samoan providers, Hawaiian providers, Micronesian providers, Hispanic providers, an Indonesian provider, a Cuban provider, etc. Long ago, I even had two providers from Palau and a provider from Tokelau.

5. There's also a different type of provider available that many guys enjoy.

6. Many downtown providers have performed activities during non-car dates that more expensive and "respectable" providers often won't, such as swallowing semen, anilingus, Greek, licking and sucking washed toes and feet, etc.

7. Successful hunting downtown can involve more skill and adventure. I like the thrill of the hunt, and not knowing who you may meet and what may happen on any given day or night.

8. Although downtown providers are generally less sanitary, many (especially if they already know a customer) are willing to go on home dates where they can thoroughly clean beforehand.

9. Some downtown providers can give particularly exciting dates when under the influence of drugs and / or alcohol (although the opposite can also be true, so you need to be experienced and very careful).

Overall, I've had many more good experiences than bad experiences with downtown streetwalkers.

Do you have reputable statistics to prove the claim that 99% of streetwalker customers "catch something"? Guys can use condoms if they're concerned about it (which don't provide perfect protection against everything, but would substantially increase safety).

On October 27, a court issued a $5000 bench warrant for her arrest in another case for failure to appear at a hearing, but so far nothing shows that it has been executed.

Oh oh! Paige got the bracelets once again last night. Not a good year for her.

Yup, that most recent arrest is the execution of the bench warrant issued on October 27 for failure to appear in court at a hearing on a felony drug case.

Unfortunately, many downtown street providers don't keep track of the dates and times of their scheduled court appearances.
