Definitely a scam. Pictures lead to an OF girl based in Florida. Number goes no where. Way too good to be true.

Just to clarify, you said the CL advertiser moved into the same space Kat had. This is not correct; Kat has / had space in the lower level, #9 per floorplan is second floor.

All of which is to say, whether or not Kat is still using her lower level space seems unclear.

Thanks for the clarification. I didn't do the due diligence of researching the floor plan. Glad to hear she's still around.

Googling brings up her business FB and IG which looks like stuff I'm not interested in.

As others mentioned this isn't Kat but I also texted her and she's only seeing guys on fridays. Offers massage and waxing. Seems completely legit from my text correspondence with her. Gave no hints more is available and said draping is 100% necessary. She also is not using a pseudonym and advertises her legit business. Idt more is available but it maybe a strategy to weed out people who ask for extras via text or phone call. Always YMMV. Idk if I want to toftt on this one but if anyone does please dm me or share here.

Sorry for any confusion. Yes, Kat is still in the suite she uses down on the lower level. I saw her a couple weeks ago.

She just isn't advertising on CL anymore. She will schedule with you if you've seen her before, and still have her contact info. I guess she doesn't need new clients.

She's been silent on her IG and I haven't seen any CL posts from her. I did see a CL post from someone who appears to have moved into her space in that strip mall. Unfortunately, that new spa appears to be a strictly above board / eyelashes and spa services establishment.

Based on her IG over the past few months, seems like she has abandoned 'the business' or is keeping a VERY low profile and perhaps seeing only regulars. I've only seen her once, and since she hasn't offered weekends for a couple of years at least, I haven't bothered reaching out recently.

I finally (after some scheduling snafus) got another session with Suzy.

Overall quite good. The tantra massage is very light touch, more gentle stroking than massage. She does a LOT of tease, which I like.

Her technique has been compared to Leeza. I'd say they're somewhat similar, though Leeza clearly has much more experience. Suzy is a bit more expensive, but for me a clear cut above the AMPs. She takes her time, and seems to enjoy her work.

I left very happy. YMMV.
