Actually, LEO could have your info during any type of screening if they could get a hold of it, whether it requires deposit or not. In fact, In fact, requiring new unknown clients to pay deposit provides extra layer of protection from LEO because in order to be able to pay it legally LEO has to go through all kinds of extra approval processes.

If an agency or an independent doesn't screen on the other hand then you're really taking your life into your own hands. Yep. As the other poster said. Very legit. As far as paper trails. I had the option of using crypto (BTC) vs. The listed bank-oriented options. Makes backtracking difficult in most cases.
