Ability to Delete Own Postings

Were you able to ever get a hold of them?

I feel like the ability to go and delete our own posts instead of having to request and wait for moderator / admin to do it. I had a review where the lady came back and was rather mad about it, and wants it taken down, which I am happy to do, and is even threatening legal action. Yet, I have put in 3 or 4 requests to have the post deleted, and emailed moderators and admins about the issue, yet continue to get no response from anyone about it, and it is becoming a very frustrating experience.

Ok, so? Any posts made here on this site aren't worth getting taken to court over. Now, if requests to take posts down were done in a timely manner I wouldn't care as much. But when you have requested it be deleted 4 or 5 times, and sent PMs to multiple moderators and an admin about the issue and nothing has been done, I find that pretty unacceptable, wouldn't youi agree?

Im also wondering how long did it takes to get a post deleted? Ive created two reports on a specific post I want gone but no response yet.

The problem comes when others have responded to your post. If it isn't there, it may make their responses nonsensical.
