I have asked my doctor about prep too, and he too was reluctant to give it to me. He said the same thing about the risk being low since I do not partake in anal. But I will say, ever since I got on DOXYPEP 2 years ago, it's been so much better. I test every few months now and so far come clean. Best thing I have done.

One example is Ahf Wellness, such as one at West Adams. They offer free STD and HIV test, covering chlymedia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and HIV. Results in days. Urine test and throat swab for bacteria, blood test for syphilis and HIV. Professional. In general, I would not worry about HIV unless you are doing anal. The risk with PIV is very low per many studies on the topic.

For prevention, the most important vaccines are Gardasil 9 if you are 45 and under, then Hepatitis B Vaccine. Although Hep B is three shots, like the Covid vaccines each shot gives cumulative protection. These are very easy ways to automatically prevent genital warts, certain cancers, and liver damage. That is to say, HPV is the sole cause of genital warts and the leading cause of penile and cervical cancer. Hep A is also an option for those into rimming (Hep A is spread through oral-fecal).

Among bacterial infections, there are many strains that are too minor to be tested for but can cause UTIs in men and women. These are called NGUs. The problem with NGUs is you can be asymptomatic but then pass the NGU to your new girlfriend who then has symptoms. Then both of you would be treated or you will just give it back to her. The most common NGU is Trichomoniasis, but there are so many others there is no point testing for them. They are all easily treated with antibacterials. This goes to a more general point you may see covered in recent posts about "starting too young". Older guys have lived more than half their life and the risk calculus looks very different for them. Whereas for younger guys, it's not just the risk but also the psychological factor. Even when you are okay, you are going to panic and worry. For that reason, do what you can to reduce your risk and be happy whatever it is you decide.

003 Condoms and Sizing
For those who prefer, Chanel2 has 003 condoms. They were better than I expected, and pair well with her high tier pussy.
