Forget that dude, he always posts cryptic stuff and never clarifies, even through PMs. If no one can learn anything from his posts he's just wasting time and bandwidth.

Solicitation is a misdemeanor and there is little value in jamming up one monger, unless he's got other stuff going on. Bottom line is if one encounters LE then they need to keep their mouth shut.

First off, no one in DE is arresting mongers in AMPs. The "task force" on Sex Trafficking has one ADA who sits in an office, reviews the AMP reviews sites, then cross-checks the business to see if they 1) have a valid business license and 2) have a valid "massage" license. If "NO" to either one, the ADA sends out a threatening letter to the business and the landlord. There are no 'boots on the ground" investigations of these places of recent. The closures in the last 3 years are administrative in nature.

From what I have seen over the years one can't get arrested for solicitation by the mere fact of being in an AMP. You came for a legitimate business purpose. Get a massage. IF by some stroke of luck you end up with some sexual contact it is impossible to prove that prostitution occurred or was the main point of your payment. UNLESS YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND ADMIT TO IT!

So to use the fear of getting jammed up in an AMP makes little sense. To get arrested for solicitation one has to offer something of value for some form of sexual contact. So again, if LE gets you to admit you paid for sex then you're toast! But once LE crashes the doors, one should have time to disengage and not get caught in flegro so to speak. And after all being naked is all part of the massage process.

Yes, AMPs have cameras to see who is coming fo rtheir security purposes. Then when someone acts out they have a record and can share that within the AMP network of with LE iif a felony has been committed.

No nothing precludes a rouge LE from jamming you up for no reason. IF one keeps their mouth shut, the the burden of proof is on the prosecutor and with no evidence other that being in an AMP for a legit business purpose. A massage- that case won't survive.

Finally, YES! It is frustrating that guys don't post dollar amounts. That probably comes from the suggestions in the TOS and makes things feel secret and clubby. (by now just about every girl knows about this site) Sad as it only acts to confuse the issue. But I'll say this, I often don't list rates given for massages, dancing or language lessons because I feel the girls are welcome to charge what they can get and the rate I get may not be what they charge someone else. Spent a full hour with Honey and I felt like I ate weeks' worth of honey in DATY. Her English is fluent and followed the directions so all though she has a few of limitations like no Greek or FIA.
