This is an inherent flaw. Girls are not supposed to extend if there is an appointment after, but they have the power to do it anyways without permission from the booker. I sometimes extend a girl no problem. While most times I ask about extending and there's already an appointment after, they say sorry no there's an appointment after. Very rarely (just once so far), a girl says there is an appointment but she'll just ignore it. She knows she's not supposed to. The booker is not going to stop it because they do not want to walk in on a paying customer to stop them either. This is the flaw.

The booker's options are to get mad at the girl, punish her, fire her, whatever. Girls are supposed to follow appointments, and in my experience they generally do.
