Tbh I haven't had much luck with Google Lens. But I always use facecheck. I'd and pimeyes.com on everyone I talk with. Crazy not to really.

I saw AngelLo was back as well. She reached out not that long ago and apologized for our meeting way back when which I thought was nice. 100% they don't realize the verification videos are public. It's a game changer.

Ignore the messages you get, they are fake. Stick to ones who view you, not just favorite you. If they view you, usually legit.
