Safest move is to get them off SA and to text as soon as you know they are real. Use a burner number.

There term "PPM" doesn't usually get censored, and they all know what it means. I've also used dollar signs instead of words, that works too. You can be vague and they'll usually get the message.

Do you mean seeking arrangement or secret benefits? I have had very good luck with seeking arrangements. It may take more work but much less sketchy ladies are available if you weed the others out. May cost more but you get the girl next door type or hot single mom.
