I hate when strippers think they are besties with patrons. To be brutally honest, I have a couple who see me as a regular and I am willing to talk to them, but not hrs on end. Not going to feed them drinks either (I'm not cheap, but see no point in it other than the dancers milking you for free drinks. To me, they are there for fun. Yes some are nice ladies, but not interested in their problems or their life story.

I have one lady who gets it. It is a purely transactional VIP. Fun, easy, no strings attached. Once it starts to become "more than that", I take a break from that one and move elsewhere. Has served me well.

That said, if someone approaches a girl that I am working on, you better bet I am going to tell you to take a hike. Had one douche at Caddy start chatting a lady up last week who was sitting with me and I finally told him she will see him after we're done chatting. The girl actually told me thanks as it does no one any good and puts her in a no win situation. The guy saw me later in the men's room and told me that he didn't mean any harm which is great, but he absolutely was trying to lean into her a bit.

The situation I have seen at Desire is a girl will sit and drink with a guy for an hour or more. Not do stage dances or circulate around. Sometimes girl will not do VIP and just leave or get scooped up after.

What it means is essentially you have a dancer who is not working for hours.

The other part that happens is guys pay for the girl to do nothing. There is specifically one I know for sure. So you have dumb strippers thinking all they have to do is talk and a guy will give them a few hundred.
