I don't understand how anyone can even visit that QT, the stench in the air is so bad as those crackheads just light up right there in plain sight. The last time I was there, I saw some girl going through the trash like waist deep head first with her two legs sticking up in the air! It would be really funny if it wasn't kind of sad.

I've also noticed that Oracle isn't the same as it used to be, no one hangs at Jacinto no more.

I was cruising down Oracle last night at around 6 pm-ish, south bound between Glenn and Grant. Saw one Latina on black high heel, short jean walking on the sidewalk. I circled back but she was nowhere to be seen.

It's pretty much hit-and-miss for the best time of day in Tucson, but anywhere with cheap motels will be a good bet from around 10:30 to 1:00 pm. Most motels have check-out at 11:00, so a SW that hasn't made the next day's rent (or smoked it up) will be out. Look for wet hair, like they just got out of the shower. Miracle Mile (actually Laguna and 14th) has been good lately, and 6th near the freeway. I've also seen a few on the west frontage road from Grant down to Silverlake, but haven't spent time with any of them.
