I think it's still worth making an appointment or asking when the girl will be available if it's a busy girl like Anne. It worked for me. I'd say 7 or 8 times out of 10 my appointment is honored. And the 2 or 3 times it wasn't honored was I annoyed, Yes. LOL But the girl helped me get over it.

I remember you now. We had back and forth on this topic before, so this is the last time I will respond on this.

At the end of the day, apartment is no different than any other business. People vote with their wallet. If appointments are "never" honored like you claim, then people would stop going and they would go out of business. Based on the post right below and many others, people are still going and are having good times. Like I stated previously, if you hate those places so passionately, just stop going.
