I finally was able to stop in Sakura. Drew Viki. Very attractive and petite with a good personality. Opted for an hour for 70, then laid tip on the table after she walked out. Massage was meh. I frequent AMPs probably once a week and I can't say I've heard of L4. If I had to make a guess based on my time in the hobby, I would guess ot means Greek.

I think Sakura will be the closest of the recent reviews so I've done homework just not sure if there is something closer with just L1.
