What is the purpose of regularly changing website URL's?
First, there was https://coracaligirl.com/
Then came https://candycoragirl.com/
Now, they are using https://candycocogirl.com/

There are couple reasons to change the domain name often:

1. Avoid being blocked or suspended by common filter / firewall (due to gray content).

2. Reset SEO reputation, nobody really wants their gray website being on top of Google or makes Google really aware about it.

3. Evade detection by browsers.

You'll have to wait for someone more knowledgeable. I shouldn't be the one to answer as I'm not an insider, but if I were to guess, I don't think it is anything problematic, just maybe transfer of ownership. So instead of being thankful to Cora, we can be thankful to Coco. If I wanted to stretch, it could be to align themselves with CandyGirlLA, but the last version would have been sufficient enough to do that, so that's why I feel ownership change.

For a less interesting answer, could be the site framework change they have found limiting. I've never heard of "astro-island" but the first site and the third site have that in common. The second site is wordpress. Now of course, I'm sure they could have migrated their domain name if they wanted to but I'm just going to assume they know their needs better than some random guy like me pressing view source.

And, you can also see based on recent posts that business is pretty great for them right now, so I personally wouldn't think much about it. I do know you've been watching out for Ohio but I feel this isn't one to be concerned about due to their history here.
