I hate to harp on the same subject but trying to get qualified by the agencies. Currently in the process at all of them.

OMG came back wanting my actual Drivers License! I know the more seasoned guys didn't go through this back in the day. To all of the newer guys that signed up recently, your not handing over your drivers license?? Are you?? This sounds like a ridiculous request. Or maybe I'm just not getting the process?
