Every woman I've met on SA where NSA was a topic of discussion understood it to mean no emotional attachments ie she's not looking for a boyfriend and I'm not looking for a girlfriend and it was well understood that the arrangement would come with certain obligations that both sides had to fulfill.

Who hasn't found that is the easier question to answer. To us NSA (rightly) means there is no obligation outside the terms of the arrangement but within the arrangement there are definitely expectations around service for compensation. A lot of women think it means we pay them just for drawing breath.

On the other hand, I've also found women who do get it and enjoy those expectations, those are great situations.
