I don't know for sure but I believe what happens is that sometimes a tenant within the complex / center files a complaint. And 90% of the LEO don't really want to arrest anyone (Especially with all the violent real criminals and crazies out there). So they usually just stop by and talk to them and give them a warning and they move on and out from the location. At least the majority of time.

Yeah it seems pinellas county is not busting or arresting anyone. But they have some "means" to convince shops to close up when they get to hot. Examples: Vinca, sunlight and now smile (all Chinese).

There are 3 Korean spas in the county with good talent. They don't get reviewed much, stay under the radar and are appointment only. Maybe that's the smart model, appointment only.

Meanwhile on the other side if the bridge. The sherrif likes a good bust.

Drove by last week and saw a uniformed gentleman in the parking lot talking to the mamasan out front, but then looks like other reviews have come in since then. Today they looked closed, so not sure what is going on. Anyone have any intel?

Paid a visit to Yokohama off of 54th Ave a few days ago hoping to see dini ding, no such luck. Drew Lona (pronounced with a long O) she's a little older, late 30's early 40's, fake Cs and not that attractive. Paid for an hour was out in 40 minutes, just like Vinca used to be. Really didn't care, I just wanted to finish and get out of there. Asked for the phone number and she gave me hers. Anyone have the phone number? Hope to find a replacement for Smile soon.

May have to go back to PT or Palace. Anyone familiar with the talent at either of these two places?

I did visit Smile yesterday. And confirm the recent observations. Had a DIY experience. May was the only masseuse there. Self shower offered, May was dressed the entire time, excellent 45 min massage, all private parts were covered by a sheet, then she did this sensuous light massage back then front slipping her hands under the sheet minimally, while the sheet was tented by a rigid " pole". She did provide oil and continued to massage while I provided self service. 70+20. May confirmed there were no extras offered.

Yeah, that sucks Smile is not operating as it was before. I personally had a lot of fun there in that short period of time but something new will pop up soon. As I've mentioned before I have a business in Orlando and earlier this year expanded to the Tampa area and opened up a new office there so I'm always doing recon in that area and there are some really good choices for Venezuelan and Colombians over there. Not necessarily the store set up but private apartments and houses. Recently saw one of my favorites from back in the day from blue ocean in Orlando working out of an apartment with a new Spanish agency-over in Tampa (Olivia), and a couple other hot Venezuelan and Colombians that have seem to set up shop over there (HOT! Girls) there's also a Brazilian agency that the boss text me on last week and said they're coming down to Tampa and will be working out of hotels like they do here in Orlando (the Brazilians are hit or miss, but there's a few of them out there That'll make it hard for you to stay focused in this hobby. LOL.) sunflower still has some good options over in Tampa as well.

If anyone knows the Peruvian girl Angie that works in that area sometimes she will be there in a couple weeks working out of the apartments at one the Spanish agencies as well as a super hot blonde Colombian girl.

I figured this would happen eventually. The traffic in and out of this place became a thoroughfare after the word got out. Hate to say it, but think sometimes we are our own worst enemies. Some spa becomes the new "hot spot" with best ladies and service and we post a zillion scintillating reviews and then BANG! It gets closed down. Probably some guy who had a great time there but decided to ruin for all of us by making an anonymous call to the local vice squad. Why else would all these terrific AMPs continuously get closed down when they had to be making money hand over fist?

Just my two cents. If I find another great place I might just keep it too myself.

I searched the Florida board of massage therapy. No complaints or actions on the establishment but searching disciplinary actions in Pinellas County for the month of October, I found one complaint and one action in Largo. There was a licensed practitioner affiliated with Smile who received a complaint, because she had pleaded no contest to a prostitution charge in Osceola county, last April. The action was that her license has now been suspended.

If you want more info, follow the breadcrumbs. Having reviewed disciplinary actions statewide for the whole month, it seems like the health department investigators are not nearly as active in the Bay Area as they are in Orlando area, space coast and south Florida.
