I would be careful but if she's really that hot, it's too good to pass up. I would let her know that you know who she is. That you used to "work with her" (don't slip you were her manager yet). Admit you know she was hit on, but that you were one of the professional ones who did not. Ask if she would be discreet in not disclosing your personal details. If so, GAME ON!
