What is regular contact with members running you in "tokens"? One of my main aversions to those sorts of sites is (a) I'm not willing to post a photo of me due to family concerns and (b) I'm generally adverse to spending too much money on the means to connect with others.

I'd be completely down to give it a go though, especially if the girls are clean and more looking for a dinner and pampering than raw cash like the pure SWers are.

You're definitely going to want to have a pic up.

My current strategy, as having a pic up is not possible (don't want to ruin my home life), is to send a pic along with my initial message, once I'm positive that I don't know the girl or have any connection to her in real life. I have a blurred photo up as my profile pic, giving a general idea of my age / look, but not identifiable.

So far I've had limited luck. Maybe it's my approach, but many girls don't respond or are flakey about keeping a conversation going. My approach is usually very respectful, formal, and not at all pushy. Maybe it's my lack of profile pic (I have a blurred picture up), but I can't exactly see other dudes to see what is commonplace as far as that goes.

Good to know. I did take the plunge and spent the 169. I've had some luck in communications starting, but none in meeting up yet. I've only been at it for a handful of days. One of my downfalls is my limited availability to spend time with these women in the evenings, and I doubt many are looking for an earlier-in-the-day lunch arrangement.

By 5, do you mean 500 for the experience / night out or straight cash in her pocket? Though I'm not against throwing cash at a girl for a good time, part of the appeal of this is having a little social interaction, paying for a meal and maybe some light shopping, then having the expectation being fun at the end of the tunnel.
