I have done this in the past (non local). You can pre-screen in advance but it usually doesn't take that long and the booker doesn't like to book days in advance at least in my experience. They want to schedule the day of. If you're short on time. Prescreen early and then text the booker around 11 the day of.

Just because I or anyone else has never caught anything, doesn't mean you won't.
