HYA Standards
Some guys are very strict on rating HYA and only call it for 5% to 10% of kgirls. I will call it about 10% to 15%. I'm even happy with borderline HYA. I discuss this in my "Three Levels of HYA" guide:

Since she looks under 25 and is low S-Tier, she is HYA+ to me (about 5% of kgirls). This only has special meaning to guys who want extra young and high tier youthful looks. To normal HYA Hunters, it's no different than regular HYA which is mainly a code word for "not a MILF or even close".

HYA+ are 15-20 years away from MILF town. Whereas regular HYA are 10-15 years away, not much different.

The strict cutoff for regular HYA is under 30 and A-Tier (ex: Kuzumi J, Lizza, Baby Peach), with a more lenient borderline HYA being under 34 and B-Tier (ex: Jenny K, Krissy, Tiana). The lenient HYA definition is always acceptable to me. But since opinions always vary, the strict HYA cutoff is easier to agree on and makes an easier rec to HYA hunters. Plenty of HYA Hunters do like Jenny or Krissy, it's just less likely than the main HYA list.

The lenient "borderline HYA" definition would include about 15% of kgirls. There are additionaly 5% to 10% older girls who are exceptionally beautiful so they always make my list too. To be clear, some pre-MILFs look better than most HYA but that is not common.
