I would have to agree here. Went earlier today and can confirm it definitely meets expectations. However, interesting encounter on the way out though. I think the person was from the pool store but they came up and knocked on my window and asked if "I knew what this business was going to be". Wendy looks more traditional Chinese, slightly older and Jess was walking by and waved from a distance but she look somewhat younger than the rest. If you ask for the pics they will send them.
