Yes, I know what you mean. It was as similar situation with Ling up in Lowell a few years ago. She didn't advertise; you had to have a referral from a current client. Near the end of her tenure in Lowell, before she moved down south, I noticed a shift in her definition of a "referral". Before, clients would refer guys they had conversed with on this board, but never actually met in person. Near the end of her stay in Lowell, she started to get a little more stringent.

I know your thinking, if I had a utr, why would I be asking. To that I say, look at Jerry's as a rotating utr and you will understand everyone's hesitancy.

Very interesting. OK; let's extend the logic one more level? Finding a true UTR is very difficult. Most of us will find (at most) one over several years. How does Mr. Jerry find UTRs in such rapid succession? Could we employ his strategy?

I have been active on here for years and I can't even get a referral and I'm as safe as they come. But I do have a nice UTR if someone wants to hook me up.
