After multiple reviews, I took the plunge with Sako. She is just as advertised. Extremely attractive, playful, and energetic. She has been my best experience in an AMP by far. Even better than Cookie from GBA. Absolutely worth the trip and price.

So bending to overwhelming peer pressure I set an appointment to see Dr. Sako on Wilkens (for those of you that have been, you understand the reference- complete with lab coat! Setup was easy- one call to schedule another upon arrival to be told to go in. I was promptly greeted at the door by the good Dr. And she did not disappoint. From her first greeting it was game on. Her energy is unique, her style unmatched, and her personality just what the doctor ordered. Session in many ways was like some AMP experiences but truthfully it felt MUCH less structured / scripted, and much more spontaneous- it was almost as if she was responding to MY needs (which I was not entirely sure of) as opposed to some formula that works for her. Fun, engaging, sensual, and yes, of course pleasurable. As far as kissing goes, do NOT expect that because it was clearly not on the menu (YMMV? But she more than makes up for it in so many other ways. Take it from me, go and get your prescription filled.

Went around 8 PM on a weeknight, parking is either in the alley or by the express care, I ended up being shoved into some supply closest that had a recliner and waited about 30 minutes for sako, but it was well worth it. She's everything people have been saying it as, extremely playful and hypersexual, one of the only ones who kisses in my experience if that's a +point for you. Standard. 60 for house fee and $. 4 tip as mentioned before. Honestly the best time I've had thus far with AMPs.
