GLH Grant and the Freeway. This place was never what I would call luxurious, but as recently as, say, 2018 it was good enough. I've been there a handful of times since. Each time it was worse than the time before. I haven't been there for over a year until yesterday. Many of the rooms have been condemned by the city, and the one I saw Jinx in was just so awful.
