Sorry, not much help here since I've only been there once. Sometimes the pages indicates BBFS. But from experience with the NYC agencies most if not all of the j-girls are $100 BBFS $200 CIP. Sometimes video as well.

I wouldn't put anything specific down electronically. Haven't heard of any other than JP that will do BBFS for extra fee. Go in blind. Haven't heard any nos to CIM in general. Expect extra for COF.
