There's the OA Spa on Tustin which is across the street from the Electrify America / Bank of America on 941 Tustin St. I'm not sure which EV you have but if you have a Kia / Hyundai I wouldn't recommend it because it charges quicker than the normal 30-60 m service (plus walking half a block there and back) so you'll probably end up with idle fees and angry people lining up.
