Never been to Hi7 (nor to Pawling LOL) so I wouldn't know. It looks more like an expansion into New Milford vs a move. From the looks of it, Hi7 is still in business. Owner posted a couple of days ago on google. It kind of makes sense as the new place doesn't have a name / sign and it's not far from Pawling. The place isn't very big either.
