Since I'm an optimist, I focus on Kuzumi's face and focus on Aoi's body. The result is Kuzumi is high A-Tier and Aoi is mid A-Tier for me in looks.

Certainly, some people considered Kuzumi even better. It's normal for tier ratings to vary +/- 1 tier. I'd actually say anything in that range is agreement - someone saying Kuzumi is S-Tier or high B-Tier is not really disagreeing with me. When you have multiple opinions on face, body, tits, they tend to form a clear bell-curve. Things can get wacky though when you combine everything into one rating, because some girls have a large gap among their parts ratings and each guy is weighing the parts very differently. That's why I leave descriptions for girls so you can make adjustments and check your favorite spec such as boob size, height, face versus body, etc.. If a girl has a clear gap between face and body I'll specify it.

The other thing is some people have stricter standards on face or body. B-Tier is always good for me. I'm very happy with Kuzumi's body, it pairs well with her gorgeous face.
