I had the same experience. You call to set a meeting. She tells you the shady hotel to meet at in usually Uptown Normal. When you text that your there she suddenly had to change hotels because the hotel workers are on to her or something like that. Then she tries to reschedule. Happened 2 times with me. Never actually meet her!

Those allegations are puzzling? How can she traffic herself? Soliciting ok, but trafficking?
