Yes, I was there at that time and it was not overly busy in the shop. The dentist works Monday to Thursday so it will be busier in the lot up til 5 or so.

One spa changed owners a while back. There was a bad review, maybe two, a while back. The lack of reviews is probably a bad sign for One Spa. The managers of one spa run Best Massage spa now.

It is a shared parking spot. The only way to check if it is really busy is to ring the bell and ask them. That being said, yes, it has been busy lately and you might have to wait.
