Not a strong negotiating tactic, saying you've been getting more elsewhere. More likely to ruin any rapport you've established.

First, certain spots are going to be L1 only, that's just how they operate. Second, if you're set on trying to get more, you almost have to pick out a particular provider and make them your regular.
