EasyHome setting the standard for comprehensive area reviews for this under-served geography. We're in between everything on every site; it can be hard to track down ads that apply here. Technically, I count as "Los Angeles" but that is 45 to 60 min away or more. The LA county side is a good place to run an AMP, the only LE action I have heard about in 20+ years was a place owned by someone from Ventura County that got busted by their sheriffs and owned multiple venues. It's tougher on the Ventura County side. In my experience, HE is left alone and chatted up FS is busted, though it might take years. Keep it chill, fellas.

Inserting some items below, mostly non-erotic but I know some folks love the hunt. Good luck, it will almost certainly not happen. But if you actually want a good massage:

After Oro Vita, insert The Dream Massage. This business is legit, but her other business is not. Their name is on Yelp and you can piece it together with other sites. Pretty Latina, excellent therapeutic massage. High rates for the area, but has specials on the legit side. I wouldn't try to cross the streams here. I haven't, but get that vibe. Go solidly one way or the other. Make a deposit, set up an appointment. No walk-ins, in an office building, discreet in that sense.

Still E to W, Li Massage is next. Best legit massage in the Conejo. Private rooms, have showers (you will be lonely). Amazing Asian-style massage, great owner, but she does not fuck around. There will be no funny business at Li Massage. Strip mall, but private, you'll know what I am saying if you see it.

After Body Sculping (or whatever they are now) next is Eden Massage. Strip mall, no back entrance, but no funny business, so it doesn't matter. Can spot it by the guy smoking out front (barf). The ladies are nice, the massage is OK, but the separation is just floor to ceiling sheets, and kind of expansive, so I felt more naked than usual. Asian massage is OK.

Before Relaxation Station is Massage Yini, hard to find in an office building. Legit, upscale business. Expensive, like 120+ per hour. Spa setting for rich locals that don't want to splurge on even more expensive spas around here (there are a million). Great therapeutic / Asian massage, but pricy.

Four Seasons Wellness Center is parallel to Malie Thai. Obviously legit, and you might see a celebrity. Incredibly expensive but an amazing therapeutic spa day if that's your thing.

Agoura Hills / Lost Hills:

Being in LA County, the majority of FS places in the valley are in this area, and are, for the most part, discrete.

Offer Asian and Latinas. FS and not shy about it, don't ask for an hour if you're looking for a rub and tug, they will get mad. Well mongers, it looks like I got too close to the sun and got burned. Just got back from the shortest HH I've ever experienced in my life. After being turned away at Oro Vita (even though I texted ahead of time), I crossed the freeway to LinX to find it has closed down (if you text them they'll tell you they're at a hotel off Los Virgenes). Around the corner? The lusty Latinas of Body Contour and Spa.

I hadn't been to Body Contour and Spa since it was called Body Sculping (around a year ago). Went around back, knocked, waved at the camera, and was greeted by MMS. I couldn't tell if she was Asian or Latina, but I wasn't there for her. I asked for HH. She asked if I made an appointment (they always ask that even though they're never busy). I replied that I hadn't. She asked if I had been there before. I responded yes but it had been a while. She then asked who I saw. I mentioned Bella's name and she responded that it HAS been a while.

I handed her $50 and she said it was $60 (she mentioned it must've been a very long time since I last dropped by if I paid $50 {which I probably hadn't}), so I forked over another ten. I hadn't remembered how much they charge and that already put me in a sour mood. I got undressed and laid on the table. And then waited. And waited. I could hear them talking but it was muffled, so I don't know what the conversation was about.

Finally, after 5 minutes or so, Gia came in. Curly, shoulder-length, black hair, curvy natural hips, b cup, butter face. A solid 7. She did the usual 5 minute lousy massage, but better than most Latinas, and then asked if I want FS. I asked how much and she said $200. I asked about just a HJ and she said $120. At this point I was regretting coming here instead of. Any other place. Remember Orion Spa? They'll give you topless HJ for $60 after $40 house fee. I asked her how much for me to do it myself and touch and she was basically sick of me at this point and said she would finish the massage and I could tip whatever I want.

So she gave me 5 more minutes on front, even cupping the boys at one point (quite the tease) and told me to get dressed. As I was putting on my shoes, MMS walked in and lectured me about their pay system and that the girls only get a percentage, and that no one in town would do a HJ for less than $120, even on the street. I rebutted that I've had HJs for as little as $30 in AMPs and that I wasn't interested in arguing.

So I left $40 on the counter (wanting to only give $20 since I was only there for 15 minutes) and headed for the door. They of course kept telling me to have a nice day and commenting about the weather, blah, blah, blah, to try and smooth over the situation, but I was pissed and embarrassed, so I gave them the cold shoulder and left. Moral of the story? Don't go to the ***** house if you're expecting AMP prices. I wish I had waited at Oro Vita (they even texted me back to apologize for giving my spot away).

Thought I would try a new place, so I went to Orion Massage. I've had my suspicions for a while now that they're a rub-and-tug joint.

Went in the back door and was greeted by Jessica. Attractive, fit, c cup, possibly mid 30's. She ushered me to the room and asked if this was my first time. I said yes, partly because I wasn't thinking, and partly because I didn't really care. She told me to hang up my clothes in the corner and put the sheet over my "bottom". I did as told and assumed it was legitimate at that point.

Massage was good, but through a sheet. A lot of pressing her body against me while reaching across the table to reach different areas. There came a point where she asked if I wanted oil. At this point she asked if I wanted to flip over. I said yes and did. She then said "because you are new I'll tell you two prices. For $60 you can look and touch on top, for $100 you can look and touch everywhere. " I agreed to $60 and she lifted her bra for access, but left the shirt on for me to handle. She then went to town while I played with the natural, firm C's. When I asked if I could suck on them, she said "that's $80", so I declined. When I blew, she wiped me up, then went for another hot towel to do a more thorough cleaning. She then replaced the sheet, asked if I wanted water and left for me to dress.

$40/ HH plus tip. Pretty discrete and easy parking. Jessica is there M-F. I imagine with repeat business, and the right tip, she would be down for FS. Rooms have doors and are not open to the ceiling.

Just felt like following up on the LinX situation. They are definitely still around, just at a different location, and eager to please. Texted for a 30 minute session and told when to show up. Large, well-lit rooms, posing as a doctor's office. Couch, massage table, love seat, random medical instruments. Front door is always locked, go around back and knock. They will always ask if you've been there before, just say yes. Greeted by gorgeous Latina with bolt-on DDs and obvious Brazilian butt job. Massage was basically small talk and light body rub, she did use a hand massager at one point, to little benefit. On the flip more light caresses and asked if she could touch me. Not on Google Maps. Probably not FS, but has a few things that seem like it could be. Went in front door, greeted by MMS and taken downstairs. Average middle-aged Asian came in and gave good massage. About the time I was convinced it was legit only, she had me flip and started for the boys. Probably just a rub and tug joint, but with repeat business. ? Was escorted through the back door afterward and told to use that door in the future. In strip mall, rear parking / entrance, discrete.
